Trained in GSM & UMTS single RAN3.0 BTS Operation and Maintenance, BTS3900 hardware overview, BTS Data configurations, BTS troubleshooting.
Gained experience in various fields from various companies and capacities.
Wateen Telecom limited (Pvt) Pakistan, a leader in providing comprehensive telecommunication solutions on Warid Telecom (U) project, worked for 2 years as a Field Engineer Eastern handling SDH/PDH microwave long hauls links and maintenance, IP routing for the DCN core Network, alarm responses and monitoring systems in the network operations center.
NERA Networks AS, A Norwegian based Network company doing the research, manufacturing and distribution with branches Mostly in Europe, and Brazil whose focus is to manage Microwave long hauls e.g. the interlinks 200x SDH/PDH, the IP evolution Series and Xpand. Was among the pioneer staff in the smooth running of Uganda branch and worked as a field/ network operations center engineer for two years.
WARID Telecom Uganda, An Abu Dhabi group of companies with branches Pakistan, Bangladesh, Congo Brazzaville and Uganda whose focus is to manage Microwave long hauls e.g. the interlinks 200x SDH/PDH, the IP evolution Series and Xpands, provide 1st line mantainence to minimize outages, providing support in Optical Fiber Installation.
O&M with field operations working on HV power systems ATS, AVR, air conditioning systems and industrial generator servicing /overhauls both major and minor.
AIRTEL Uganda Ltd. Participated in the first of its kind in Uganda network integration between Warid telecom and Airtel Uganda limited as a support engineer in O&M
