A Qualified Telecommunications Engineer with a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Kyambogo University, a Higher diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Kyambogo University and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ndejje University.
I hold certification in Ericsson BTS installation systems from Kigali Rwanda, Environmental health and safety from NICOSHA, First Aid, Electrical safety, and Work at height
Mushabe has handled Telecommunications roll out projects in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and Tanzania mainly dealing in vendors like Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Alcatel, Nokia and NEC Paso link.
• Good track record of Telecommunications experience as a BTS, RF, Transmission/Field installation Engineer.
• Knowledge of GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, CDMA IS-95a and IS-95b, CDMA 2000 1x RTT and CDMA 2000 1x EVDO.
• Knowledge of software including Bird site Analysis software, Ericsson Embedded Element Manager, Ericsson Mini link Service Manager Software, Ericsson OMT software, Huawei Web lct
• Knowledge of Nera Net links, Long Haul SDH and Evolution Access PDH
• Good leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
